PolkaEx is looking to hire a professional and results-driven Community Growth Manager with our team to grow and nurture one of the most exciting communities in the Decentralized finance space.

This person must be flexible, punctual, and work in a highly collaborative team environment. Must also have experience in community building, program planning and execution, communication and have a genuine interest in Defi.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Architect, implement and oversee a global community 24/7
• Direct and mentor our globally disbursed community managers
• Rapidly scale the community on all our social media platforms via high-quality content, engagement, discussion, and execute results-driven strategies to ensure growth
• Drive community engagement through community and ambassador networks and growth marketing campaigns
• Create engaging event series to maximize community channel participation
• Analyze and share trends within communities to jumpstart discussions
• Collaborate with Partnership stakeholders to design Community Project Support and Grant systems
• Provide inputs to the team where necessary

WHAT WILL YOU BRING

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2 - 4+ years professional experience in community growth and marketing
• 1 year+ managing community growth strategy experience
• Experience in managing a team of community managers
• Advanced knowledge of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and Defi space
• Distributed team management skills
• Workflow automation design
• Community growth marketing and trend analytics/metrics skills
• Brand management through social media. i.e. Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram
• Experience in the usage of Social media tools i.e Buffer, Hubspot, Intercom, etc.
• Required: Advanced knowledge of Telegram, Discord, and other deep sub-board communities
